Dental Assistant – Implant & Prosthodontic Specialty (Experienced)
Location: Rochester, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay: $28–$32/hour based on experience and certification
$1500 sign-on bonus available

Bring your implant and prosthodontic expertise to a team built around it. At our Rochester center, you'll work directly alongside our Prosthodontist on advanced full-arch and restorative implant cases — no ramp-up, no generalist duties pulling you away from the specialty you've already built.
What We Offer

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM — no weekends, ever

What You'll Do
Assist the Prosthodontist chairside on advanced implant, full-arch, and restorative procedures
Prepare materials for impressions and complex restorations
Take digital X-rays and manage radiographic imaging
Lead coordination of lab cases, timelines, and clinical inventory
Mentor newer clinical team members as needed
Collaborate with oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants on complex treatment plans
What We're Looking For
Current Dental Assistant certification meeting New York state requirements
2+ years of dental assisting experience, including hands-on implant or prosthodontic case experience (required)
Comfort with full-arch and complex restorative workflows
Strong manual dexterity and precision under pressure
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume specialty environment
