Job Description
Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!
ROLE:
Dental Assistant
THE PARTICULARS:
six weeks of paid training
Competitive pay with clear guidelines for hourly wages
401K with employer match
Medical Insurance
Vision Coverage
4-day workweeks
Paid holidays
Paid PTO with a total accrual of four weeks
Uniforms are provided
Free dental care (minus lab fees)
No travel between locations required
Open Dental experience is a plus
Monday 8-5, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-4

The Dental Assistant team is truly at the core of what we do.
We look for team members who:
are focused, flexible, and excited to learn & grow
are committed to providing stellar patient care
exemplify both professionalism and empathy
consistently work to establish the practice as our patients’ “dental home” - a place that is genuine & friendly, skilled & supportive, and truly second to none.
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Potential team members who have at least one year of experience in a dental or medical environment (ideally, in a dental assistant role) are preferred.
But that is certainly not a prerequisite.
We are more than willing to work with talented, dedicated individuals who demonstrate noteworthy teamwork skills and a genuine drive to serve patients.
