Dental Assistant

Small office, big variety. As the primary assistant at West Broad Dental, you will work directly with our dentists across general dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign and braces, and laser gum treatment. You will know every patient and own how the clinical day runs.

Schedule:
Full-time (32-40 hours per week). Enjoy the flexibility of a designated weekday off. This position includes working one or two Saturdays a month. To help you plan your personal time, the schedule is always posted months in advance.

Part time is also available (24 hours per week). Wednesday through Friday
What you will do:
Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry across general, implant, orthodontic, and periodontal procedures
Take digital X-rays and fabricate temporary crowns
Prepare and turn over treatment rooms; manage sterilization and infection control
Keep clinical supplies stocked and ordered
Work closely with the front desk to keep the schedule on time
What you bring:
Virginia X-ray certification (required)
1+ years of chairside experience
Confidence working independently as the main clinical assistant
Strict adherence to aseptic technique
