Dental Assistant

Lance Family Dental is looking to add a Dental Assistant to our growing team! We are preparing for an exciting transition into our brand-new office in August 2026 and are looking to bring on the right person now to allow time for training, onboarding, and integration with our team. This position is being added to support a team member going on leave this summer, but this will be a long-term position as we continue to expand.

We are a privately owned practice led by Dr. Brad Lance, focused on providing high-quality patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment. Our office is equipped with the latest digital technology and new A-dec chairs, and we are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and works well with others.

Current schedule is Monday–Thursday, allowing for a great work-life balance. Schedule may shift to Tues-Friday when another doctor joins us!
