Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a range of endodontics procedures
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring sterilization standards are met
Support front desk staff by managing patient check-ins, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism
Maintain accurate medical and dental records using ABEL practice management software
Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care
Float between operatories and clinics to provide coverage during staff absences or busy periods, ensuring seamless patient flow
MUST have the ability to Float between two locations
Qualifications
Proven experience in dental assisting with knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
Familiarity with dental practice management software highly preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and sterilization protocols
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds
Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and support multiple team members as needed
