Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable floater/dental assistant for a casual position. This role offers flexible, non-fixed hours scheduled based on clinic demand. Availability is primarily required on Mondays, with occasional shifts on Tuesdays and other weekdays as needed.
The ideal candidate will support the dental team in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting that emphasizes patient comfort and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies
Provide chairside assistance, including handing instruments and suctioning during procedures
Manage patient records accurately using software such Paradigm
Maintain a sterile environment adhering to infection control protocols
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and greeting patients as a dental receptionist when needed
Experience
Prior experience in dental field or customer service is preferred
