Sapon & Swisher Dental is a busy, multi-provider dental office seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant/Floater to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the dental field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sterilizing dental instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
Turning over treatment rooms efficiently between patients
Assisting with perio charting and basic clinical support
Helping with general office and lab tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
A dependable, motivated individual with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
X-ray certification and prior dental experience are a plus, but not required
