Job Description
Job Summary:
Dental Assistant- Floater required for a busy dental practice in Richmond Hill Smiles. The candidate must be professional, have strong interpersonal skills, and have an excellent work ethic. We are seeking a warm, friendly, kind, reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team
Responsibilities:
Help break down and disinfect rooms, and set up for the next patient.
Keeping track of inventory
Stock treatment rooms and lab
Help in sterilization- processing clean and dirty instruments
Be able to greet and seat patients
Help with lab work as needed
Opening and closing duties
Minor equipment maintenance
Skills
Excellent comprehensive patient-focused skills
Positive team playing attitude
Experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
Certification in Dental Assisting
CPR certification
HARP certified
Open Dental software knowledge preferred but not required
