Sierra Dental Studio is a modern, patient-focused private dental practice seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One Saturday per month (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each patient.
Assist the dentist during restorative, surgical, crown, bridge, implant, and other dental procedures.
Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Prepare and organize dental materials and instruments.
Fabricate temporary crowns and take impressions when needed.
Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education.
Maintain accurate clinical records and chart treatment.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies.
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
Work efficiently with the clinical and front office teams to ensure a smooth daily schedule.
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Coronal polishing and pit and fissure sealant certification preferred.
Digital X-ray certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Experience with digital dental software is preferred.
