Pediatric Dental Assistant – Magic Smiles | El Dorado Hills, CA

Magic Smiles, our established pediatric dental practice in El Dorado Hills, CA, is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team—with a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule for great work-life balance.

Compensation
$22 – $24 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Take dental X-rays
Perform coronal polishing (when certified)
Provide excellent patient care and help children feel comfortable
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
Support a positive, team-focused practice environment
Qualifications
Dental Assistant Certification required
X-Ray Certification required
Coronal Polish Certification required
California RDA License preferred but not required
BLS/CPR Certification (annual recertification covered)
1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
Experience with Open Dental or other dental practice software is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
