Beauty & the Teeth is a nationally recognized cosmetic and digital dental practice in Fort Lauderdale led by Dr. Diana Tadros, an internationally recognized lecturer and educator in digital dentistry. Our office isn't just digital—we help define what modern digital dentistry looks like.

Our practice utilizes:
Multiple intraoral scanners
In-house CAD design (exocad)
An advanced 3D printing workflow with multiple printers
Digital smile design and facially driven treatment planning
Digital photography and videography
Same-day restorative workflows
AI-assisted technology and the latest digital innovations
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally rather than simply "assist chairside."
What You'll Do
Assist during cosmetic, restorative, and comprehensive dental procedures
Capture high-quality digital scans and clinical photography
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using efficient digital workflows
Assist with smile design appointments and patient education
Help fabricate and process 3D printed appliances and restorations
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Support an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Collaborate closely with our highly trained clinical team
What We're Looking For
Dental assisting experience (EFDA certification is a plus)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
Detail-oriented with pride in producing excellent work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Passion for cosmetic dentistry and delivering an elevated patient experience
Previous experience with digital scanners, photography, CAD/CAM, or 3D printing is a bonus—but not required. We are happy to train the right person who is motivated and excited to learn.
