Dental Assistant

CL Valley Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standardsTake dental radiographs (X-rays)
Provide patients with post-operative and oral hygiene instructionsChart treatment and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with impressions, temporary restorations, and other clinical duties within the scope of Arizona regulations
Monitor inventory and help maintain adequate clinical supplies
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Arizona Radiology Certification required or willingness to obtain
CPR certification preferredExperience with dental software is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy dental practice
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (if applicable)
Pay:
$20.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
