What You’ll Do-
Provide chairside assistance for restorative, crown/bridge, extractions, and hygiene visits
Take digital radiographs; assist with impressions, temporaries, scans, and lab cases
Maintain operatory flow: room setup/turnover, sterilization, and instrument processing
Document/chart accurately; support treatment planning and case presentation
Educate patients on post-op instructions and preventive care
Help with inventory, ordering, and daily readiness of the clinic
What We’re Looking For
VA Dental Assistant experience preferred; new grads welcome—we will train
X-ray certification (or ability to obtain promptly) and current CPR/BLS
Strong chairside, communication, and customer service skills
Reliable, positive, team-oriented; shows integrity and initiative
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental) a plus
Bilingual a plus (not required)
