Dental Assistant (DA) Full-time
Flossmoor, IL
The Center for Dental Excellence is in need of an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are a large, fast-paced practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding experience for every person who walks through our doors.
We're looking for a go-getter who is clinically strong, thrives in a busy environment, takes initiative, and works well as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, organized, and committed to providing the highest level of customer service while supporting our doctors and fellow team members.
This is a full-time position averaging 34 to 38 hours per week, with a set schedule that is posted one month in advance to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Monday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (2 per month)
Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)
Requirements:
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
