Dental Assistant – Full Time
Location: 3494 Lincoln Hwy, Thorndale, PA 19372
Schedule
Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
30–32 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
$23 – $26 per hour (based on experience)
All major holidays are paid
1 week PTO after 1 year of employment
2 weeks of PTO after 2 years of employment
Some reimbursement towards medical insurance
Experience
Dental Assisting experience required
1+ year preferred
X-ray certification required

Has dental assisting experience

Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Wants to grow professionally in dentistry
Key Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms according to procedures and protocols
Welcome and seat patients, ensuring they feel comfortable during treatment
Assist the dentist during procedures (instrument transfer, suction, etc.)
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Select and mix dental materials during procedures
Fabricate temporary restorations and polish removable appliances
Assist in dental and medical emergencies when needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Ensure treatment areas remain clean, safe, and organized
Support the dental team with additional tasks as needed
