Dental Assistant – Cosmetic / Smile Makeover Office
Location: Garland, TX
Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced cosmetic dental office. This is not your typical dental office environment — we specialize in life-changing smile makeovers and full smile transformations, often completed in as little as 24 hours.
Our patients travel from across the country for treatment, meaning we’re looking for someone who understands that this experience is about more than dentistry — it’s about confidence, connection, and transformation.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone with a strong personality, confidence, and emotional intelligence who can genuinely connect with patients and make them feel comfortable throughout their journey. The right candidate is warm, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience using Dentrix software
- Comfortable assisting in cosmetic and restorative procedures
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Ability to connect with patients and create a memorable, positive experience
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly
- Reliable transportation and reasonable commute distance to the office (this role requires punctuality and consistency)
