Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled RDA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dentistry, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for ensuring patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting with sedation, implants, extraction, root canals, and general dentistry
Manage Scheduling and appointments
Sterilization
Assisting with Hyg. appointments
Ordering supplies
Data Entry, crown deign for in-office mill
Maintain accurate records and chairside notes
Requirements
2 + years chairside, up to date license
Must be a team oriented hard worker
Previous experience in dental office with Dentrix
Strong customer service skills with a focus on getting things right
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
Knowledge of Yapi, eAssist, Dexis, Implant coordinating, sending secure emails
