Job Summary
Due to a staff member’s retirement, we are seeking a new Dental Assistant to join our team at Echo Ridge Dental Clinic in Green Bay, WI!
As a member of our team you will become a vital part of delivering exceptional, high level dental care in a team centered, positive environment! You will support our dentists during clinical procedures, help formulate customized treatment plans, and assist a wide variety of dental procedures with everything done in one office. Enthusiasm and attention to detail help create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting focused on general dentistry and specialized fields like implant dentistry, oral surgery and prosthetics.
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms with dental instruments, materials, and equipment, ensuring all tools are sterilized according to infection prevention management protocols.
Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures including extractions, bone grafts, dental implants, fillings, crowns, root canal therapy and dentures
Take digital X-rays , CT scans, 3D images.
Manage digital patient records accurately using Dentrix.
Taking vital signs, medical history updates, and providing pre- and post-treatment instructions with communication.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dental instruments and equipment with dental sterilization procedures.
Be a team player to help deliver Comprehensive Adult Dental Care.
Some dental assistant experience/training is required
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30
Fridays and Weekends off
Pay: Hourly plus Bonus
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
