Job Description
Henderson Private General Dental Office seeking a skilled dental assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and dental health, along with the ability to assist in various dental procedures.
**Responsibilities:** - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and prepare equipment and instruments - Take X-rays - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health - Perform various office tasks as necessary
**Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Anatomy knowledge - Patient assessment - Experience with CAD software - Proficiency in Dentrix software - Ability to take vital signs accurately - Knowledge of dental coding related to dental procedures - Previous experience in dental assisting.
