About Our Practice
Dr. Dale Spadafora's established private dental practice in Hermitage is growing and seeking a Dental Assistant or EFDA to join our team.
We are expanding our clinical team to support the continued growth of our practice and ensure that both our patients and team members receive the attention and support they deserve.
We are a patient-focused practice that emphasizes quality dentistry, professionalism, and exceptional patient care. We believe great dentistry starts with great people, and we have worked hard to create a workplace where team members feel appreciated, respected, and empowered to do their best work every day.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, implant, and general dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies
Take diagnostic radiographs, digital and CBCT scans
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures
Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Support a smooth and efficient patient experience from start to finish
Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred
Pennsylvania radiology certification required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
