About Our Practice
DentalWest is a technology-driven, high-standard dental practice focused on delivering exceptional care through advanced systems and a highly trained team.
Our clinical environment includes:
CBCT imaging
Same-day crown technology (E4D)
Digital workflows and intraoral scanning
Advanced restorative and implant dentistry
We are a growth-oriented, detail-focused office that values efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Our goal is to build a team of professionals who take pride in doing dentistry at a high level.
This Position Is Not for Everyone
We are looking for a high-performing dental assistant who wants to be part of a practice that operates at a higher standard.
You will do well here if you:
Have strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work
Are highly reliable and consistent
Are coachable and motivated to improve
Thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment
Communicate confidently with both patients and team members
Core Responsibilities
Chairside assisting in restorative, crown, and implant procedures
Operatory setup, turnover, and efficiency management
Digital X-rays and intraoral scanning
Instrument sterilization and infection control
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records
Contributing to a smooth, high-quality patient experience
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required for the right candidate)
Dentrix experience
Strong 4-handed dentistry skills
Experience with digital scanning / CAD-CAM
Exposure to implants, endodontics, or prosthodontics
