Job Description
Experienced Dental Assistant – Full-Time
Our growing dental practice is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, reliable, energetic, and thrives in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced practice.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
Proficiency with Dentrix dental software.
Experience taking high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
Strong skills in four-handed dentistry.
Experience with tooth charting, clinical notes, and treatment planning.
Advanced assisting experience, including crown preparations and temporaries, cord packing, composite restorations, and Invisalign procedures.
Knowledge of proper sterilization techniques and adherence to infection control and dental office protocols.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A positive, energetic, and patient-focused attitude.
Strong communication and hospitality/customer service skills.
The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture.
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience with 3D printing, including dental model or appliance printing, is a plus and highly valued, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
