Position Overview
We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, and extractions.

Record and update patients’ medical histories and vital signs.

Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) and impressions.

Maintain operatory cleanliness and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control protocols.

Prepare treatment rooms and organize instruments before patient appointments.

Support the front office and clinical staff with daily operations when needed.

Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures, instructions, and follow-up care.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the dentist or office manager.

Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent certification (preferred).

Experience in a dental office setting is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
