We are looking for an energetic and skilled DentalAssistant II to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist efficiently and smoothly during various clinical procedures (operative, crown and bridge, endodontics, etc.).
Procedures: Perform independent duties allowed under NC law, including coronal polishing, fabricating temporary crowns, and topical fluoride application.
Radiographs: Take high-quality digital dental radiographs in compliance with North Carolina safety standards.
Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, greet patients, review medical histories, and ensure patient comfort before and during procedures.
Sterilization & Safety: Maintain strict infection control protocols, sterilize instruments, and clean operatories between appointments.
Charting & Admin: Utilize Curve Dental software for accurate digital charting, patient documentation, and treatment notes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Credentialing: Valid North Carolina Dental Assistant II (DAII) qualification.
Certifications: Current Coronal Polishing certification approved by the NC State Board of Dental Examiners.
X-Ray & Safety: Current CPR/BLS certification and approved X-ray certification in NC.
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of chairside assisting experience in a professional dental setting preferred.
Software: Proficiency with Curve Dental or a strong aptitude for modern cloud-based dental practice management software.
Personality: Excellent communication skills, punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
