Dental Assistant II – Pediatrics

Location: Belmont Pediatric Dentistry

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Compensation based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

As a Dental Assistant II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care while helping create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our young patients. This role may require flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.

What You’ll Do

Assist pediatric dentists chairside during procedures, ensuring seamless patient care
Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment
Create a welcoming and comforting experience for children
Capture dental X-rays in compliance with safety guidelines
Educate parents and caregivers on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front-office support as needed

What We’re Looking For

CDA or EFDA certification
Coronal Polishing & Nitrous Oxide certification (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, HIPAA compliance, and infection control
Pediatric experience preferred
Familiarity with Curve dental software preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
