Dental Assistant II/CDA

Job Summary:
Come join us in our state of the art dental facility. We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.

Duties:

- Prepare patients for dental procedures

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs

- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare

- Take and process X-rays

- Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:

- Proficiency in dental terminology

- Knowledge of infection control procedures

- Familiarity with dental imaging techniques

- Ability to use dental software such as Dentrix

-Experience with Scanner

- Understanding of general dentistry principles

- Strong anatomy knowledge for dental procedures
