We're Growing — and Looking for a Long-Term Team Member
Sapphire Dental Studio is a boutique specialty practice (prosthodontics, periodontics, and dental anesthesiology all under one roof), and we're expanding. We're hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team — not just to fill a seat, but to grow with us long-term.

What We're Looking For
Some experience in general dentistry. You don't need 10 years — but you should already know your way around a dental office and be comfortable chairside. Requirement 1+ yr.

A team-first attitude. In our office, doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front desk all pitch in for each other. "That's not my job" isn't part of our culture.

Reliability. We want someone looking for a professional home, not a stepping stone.

A genuine work ethic. Detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in doing things right.

What You'll Do
Assist chairside with restorative, surgical, and specialty procedures
Take digital impressions/scans and support our in-house digital lab
Fabricate temporary crowns and support same-day workflows
Help keep rooms, sterilization, and flow running smoothly
Step in wherever the team needs support that day — clinical or otherwise
Requirements
Dental Assistant experience in a general or specialty dental office
Strong communication skills and a professional, warm manner with patients
Comfortable learning new technology and digital tools
