Job Description
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience required.
Family owned general dentistry office in Jupiter, Florida. Our team is growing and looking to hire on another wonderful restorative dental assistant. Surgery experience is a plus also but optional. Xray certification recommended. Daily duties apart from dental assisting will also include help with answering phones and some front desk administration. Candidate must also be ok assisting with surgeries/implants/extractions. We are a small office with one full time doctor and a great team, looking for someone who wants to learn and have fun while being a part of a growing practice in a humble atmosphere. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30-5.
Daily responsibilites include:
- Take digital dental X-rays
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
