We’re looking for a dental assistant who wants to be part of a positive, hardworking team and take pride in the care we provide to our patients.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The right person will be someone who is proactive, organized, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with patients and a dental team.

You don't have to be perfect—we can teach the right person—but reliability, work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

What You'll Do
Assist the dentist during a variety of general dentistry procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized operatory
Take and process dental X-rays
Set up and break down operatories efficiently
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to office protocols
Assist with impressions, scans, temporary restorations, and other clinical procedures
Provide a warm, friendly experience for every patient
Anticipate the dentist's needs and stay one step ahead during procedures
Help maintain an efficient clinical schedule
Communicate effectively with the dentist and the rest of the team
Maintain a high standard of infection control and patient safety
Help wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly

Experience:
Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. EFDA certification and expanded-function experience are a plus but are not required.
