We're a growing startup dental practice looking for a skilled, hands-on Dental Assistant who's ready to wear multiple hats as we build something great together!
To Apply: Email your resume to doctor@gwinnettdentalstudio.com
What You'll Do:
Take on cross-trained duties as needed — front desk support, supply ordering, scheduling, and other tasks that come with a growing practice
Help keep the office clean and organized (we all pitch in!)
Provide chairside support during a variety of procedures ( implant placements, extractions, and crown/bridge procedures)
Prep and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take x-rays and manage patient charts
Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable and knowledgeable with implants, extractions, and crown procedures
2+ years of dental assisting experience is a plus
Current X-ray certification.
CPR certification a plus
A flexible, "whatever it takes" attitude — this is a startup practice, and duties will evolve as we grow
Willingness to help with office cleaning and other non-clinical tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Detail-oriented with excellent chairside manner
Why Join Us:
Be part of a practice from the ground up — your role will grow as we do
Competitive pay based on experience
Paid time off
Supportive, close-knit team environment
Opportunities for continued education and growth
If you're a motivated dental professional who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and grow with a startup, we'd love to hear from you!
