Overview
Looking for a more flexible way to work as a Dental Assistant?
We’re currently connecting Level I and Level II Dental Assistants with dental practices across Southern Ontario for temporary and flexible shift opportunities.
This role is ideal for assistants who want more control over their schedule while continuing to work in a clinical environment and support patient care.
Our platform is built by dental professionals, so we understand the realities of working chairside and aim to create a better, more flexible experience for assistants.

How It Works
You’ll be able to set your preferences, including:
Locations you’re willing to travel to
Days and hours you’re available
When shifts become available that match your availability (such as sick calls, vacation coverage, or short-term needs), you’ll have the option to step in and support local practices.
This gives you the ability to:
✔ Choose when and where you work
✔ Gain experience in different clinics
✔ Build relationships with practices you enjoy working with
Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
Prepare and organize operatories before and after appointments
Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
Take and process dental radiographs (HARP certification required)
Ensure instruments and materials are ready for procedures
Support patient comfort and provide a positive experience
Communicate effectively with the dental team throughout the day
Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant (Level I or Level II)
HARP certification required
Clinical dental assisting experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different office environments
Reliable, Reputable, Responsive
