Entry-Level Dental Assistant / New Graduate
Lake St. Louis, Missouri
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
$18–$23/hour
Are you looking for a dental office where you can learn, grow, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things the right way?
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Dental Assistant or New Dental Assistant Graduate to join our newest office in Lake St. Louis. Dental assisting experience or education is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
We are a third-generation, family owned dental practice with a long history of serving our community. Our Lake St. Louis location is our newest office, and we're excited to build a team that reflects the way we believe dentistry should be practiced.

We are team-focused and believe in putting our patients first. We take the time to listen, provide quality care, and make recommendations based on what is truly best for each patient not simply what generates the most production.
We want our team members to feel proud of the care they provide and know that they are making a difference for the patients we serve..
What We’re Looking For
Dental assisting graduate, entry-level dental assistant, with a positive attitude who is willing to learn
Previous dental experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
Compassionate and comfortable working with patients
Dependable and takes pride in their work
Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
Open to coaching, feedback, and continued learning
Takes pride in providing quality patient care
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
What We Offer
$18–$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Full-time, 4-day work week
Monday–Thursday
No evenings or weekends
