Endodontic Specialty Practice | Lakeland, FL | Full-Time
Are you an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced specialty environment? Our growing Endodontic practice in Lakeland, FL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy and specialty treatments
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for procedures
Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans as needed
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Review medical histories and assist with patient intake
Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
Deliver outstanding patient care and help ease patient anxiety during treatment
What We're Looking For:
Dental assisting experience required
Endodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Radiology certification required
Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Bilingual candidates are a plus
