Job Description
Job Summary
Smilecraft Dental is seeking an energetic and passionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would be compassionate, relationship driven, and independently motivated. We practice four handed dentistry, offer surgical treatments such as implants, and same-day crowns using the CEREC system.
We are a small, fun-loving, and professional practice who care deeply for our community and providing a great work-life balance for each team member.
Our typical operating hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5.
Duties
Work alongside dentist for operative and surgical procedures.
Manage the sterilization of instruments.
Welcome and communicate with patients.
Maintain equipment pertaining to dental operations.
Assist hygiene and provide backup for front office team.
Uphold OSHA and HIPPA regulations
Maintain positive spirit in office.
Qualifications
Previous experience as dental assistant.
Familiarity with CEREC system and Eaglesoft software highly desirable.
Knowledge of dental surgical procedures is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to patients and staff alike.
