Dental Assistant Level 1

We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive team culture where learning and growth are encouraged. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Level 1 Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. This position requires a compassionate individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
Take dental X-rays (if certified)
Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients
Maintain patient records and charting as directed
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
Provide excellent patient care and customer service
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

Maintain accurate patient records using dental software Tracker .

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care, including working with pediatric patients and orthodontic cases.

Qualifications
Completion of a Level 1 Dental Assistant program (Required)
Valid CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
X-ray certification is a plus,
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting
Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.

Proficiency in using dental software systems like Tracker is highly desirable.

Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Language : Speaking Chinese language -Mandarin - Mandatory
