We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area.
Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
Skills
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures.
Familiarity with dental software such as Abel dent is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience in orthodontics or pediatrics is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
