Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant Level II and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care! Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is ready for procedures
Assist dentists during various treatments, including exams, cleanings, restorations, orthodontics, and pediatrics
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring patient safety and comfort
Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Open Dental system
Provide excellent patient communication, explaining procedures and post-treatment care clearly
Support administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and managing patient check-in/check-out processes as a dental receptionist when needed
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant Level II or similar role with proficiency in dental assisting techniques
Familiarity with dental management software like Open Dental is highly preferred
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology enhances your ability to support diverse patient needs
Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology used in dental restorations is a plus
Strong understanding of infection control procedures and sterilization standards
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Certification in dental assisting or related fields required; additional certifications in orthodontics or pediatrics are advantageous
