Overview
We are seeking two skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant's Level II to join our dynamic dental team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced, friendly environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of dental procedures, medical terminology, and dental software systems such as Paradigm. As a Dental Assistant, you will support dentists during procedures, manage patient interactions, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including endodontics, implants and sedation
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring sterilization protocols are followed
Take dental radiographs when required
Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Paradigm
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort
Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards and safety protocols
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices
Requirements
Valid certification as a Dental Assistant Level II
Proven experience with dental assisting procedures in a clinical setting
Knowledge of endodontics, implants and sedation dentistry is preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and comfort patients of all ages
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience supporting front desk duties as a dental receptionist is a plus
CPR, HARP and IPAC Certification
