Job description
In this position, you’ll need…
Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
Completion of a DA program from an accredited college (preferred).
Must be HARP certified.
Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
Utilize technology and digital communication systems for patient interactions.
Demonstrate kindness, patience, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
