Job description:
Bridge Street Dental Centre is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for an individual to join our team part-time to work 2-3 days a week preferable Mondays and Fridays.

As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist, and provide support to the dental team to ensure excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, good at multitasking, caring, motivated and reliable.

Experience is an asset but new dental assistant grads are welcome to apply. We will provide you with training from our friendly, supportive staff.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and materials

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures

- Take dental x-rays

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program
Harp Certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to deal and organizational skills
Consistently demonstrates reliable and punctual attendance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
