Dental Assistant Level II

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology, be comfortable working with a variety of dental equipment, and have excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting the dentist during procedures.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, maintaining sterilization standards
Manage patient records using dental software such as Tracker ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with proficiency.

Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
Experience
Prior experience in dental assisting is required, with a minimum of two years preferred
Familiarity with dental software Tracker preferred (not necessary)
Knowledge of procedures such as , restorations, extractions, root canals, orthodontic, crown/bridge, implants, dentures
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health care
Certification in Dental Assisting Level II

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
