Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant Level II, where your expertise will help create a positive and efficient patient experience. In this role, you will support dentists in delivering high-quality care, manage patient interactions, and ensure smooth clinical operations. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will contribute to a welcoming environment for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and orthodontics cases. Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various dental procedures by preparing instruments and materials efficiently.
Assist in Endodontic procedures, Oral Surgery and Implant Surgery.
Assist with orthodontic procedures and pediatric dentistry treatments to ensure specialized care delivery.
Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and addressing questions with enthusiasm.
Manage patient records accurately using dental practice management software such as EvaSoft and Paradigm.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment to maintain a clean, infection-free environment.
Support front desk operations by greeting patients and managing patient flow as a dental assistant.
Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, medical history, and treatment plans using clear medical terminology.
Skills
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with a strong understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
Experience with dental practice management software such as Paradigm for Charting, Probing, Treatment planning.
Knowledge of orthodontics practices and pediatric dentistry to support diverse patient needs.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care for accurate documentation and communication.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, team members, and external providers.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
