About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Level II Dental Assistant who is looking to grow their skills in a practice that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence, and enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in both clinical care and helping shape our renewed vision for the practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pleasant and supportive dental office where your ideas matter, your skills will expand, and your role will help define the benchmark standard of care.
What You’ll Do
Assist with restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures with efficiency, confidence, and warmth.
Capture and manage digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish.
Maintain IPAC standards, sterilization records, and operatory readiness
Maintain and document sterilization logs, biological monitoring, and operatory checklists.
Keep IPAC manuals, SOPs, and records current and audit ready for inspections.
Track clinical inventory and manage supply ordering, including materials, disposables, and PPE.
Complete accurate notes and documentation on time.
Support the front desk as needed (patient check-ins, scheduling, phone assistance, payments)
Collaborate with the dental, hygiene, and administrative team
Bring ideas, positivity, and a growth mindset to team meetings and daily workflow
What We’re Looking For
Certified CDA II with an active Ontario license
2+ years experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills
Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow
Willingness to work on two Saturdays per month
Ortho/pedo experience is an asset
