Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every patient. In this vital role, you will support dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties
Assist dentists during various dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Manage patient records accurately using Abeldent dental software
Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental equipment meets safety standards
Requirements
Prior experience in dental assisting
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Experience with Abeldent dental software preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Certification in dental assisting required
HARP certified
Hours are : Tue. and Wed. 2-8, Friday 10-5
