Experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant — Private Practice Opportunity Outside of Charlotte
We are a busy, growing two-doctor private practice in Lincolnton, NC (approximately 50 minutes west of Charlotte) seeking an experienced full-time dental assistant to join our team long term.
We are looking for a skilled assistant who can confidently step into a fast-paced clinical environment and efficiently assist with a wide range of general dentistry procedures after onboarding to our systems and workflow.
Our office focuses on high-quality, relationship-driven dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient comfort, ethics, teamwork, and long-term care. We are not a high-pressure corporate office environment. We value professionalism, positivity, and creating an atmosphere where both patients and team members enjoy being here.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate:
Has strong chairside assisting experience in general dentistry
Can efficiently assist with restorative procedures, crown and bridge, extractions, and other common general dental procedures
Is organized and dependable
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Takes initiative and functions well as part of a team
Wants a long-term position in a stable, supportive practice
Experience with digital dentistry, scanning, impressions, temporaries, and expanded functions is highly valued.
