Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care! Duties
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental instruments, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly using infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Assist dentists chairside during various procedures including restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments.
Take dental radiographs and operate 3D scanners
Manage patient records efficiently using Dentrix
Support infection control standards by practicing proper sterilization techniques and maintaining a clean clinical environment aligned with OSHA guidelines.
Assist with dental procedures across specialties including endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry while demonstrating strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
Skills
Proficiency with Dentrix
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
Experience with dental radiography including X-ray techniques and 3D scanning technology.
Ability to perform chairside assisting with competence in four-handed dentistry practices for efficiency during procedures.
Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
