Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable working in both the back and front office and has strong orthodontic experience.
Requirements
Current RDA required
Orthodontic experience required
Must be highly proficient/expert with iTero scanning
Experience with both back-office and front-office duties
Spanish-speaking required and must be comfortable translating for patients when needed
Excellent communication and people skills
Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients of all ages
Dependable, punctual, organized, and reliable
Able to work well with doctors and other team members
Comfortable working in a busy dental/orthodontic environment
Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: Off
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
$28.00 per hour

The right candidate should be confident assisting with orthodontic procedures, taking accurate iTero digital scans, helping with front-office responsibilities when needed, and communicating effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
