Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Take high-quality digital radiographs
Chart treatment and maintain accurate clinical records
Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care
Assist with impressions, scans, temporary crowns, and other clinical procedures
Manage operatory flow to help maintain an efficient schedule
Support teammates to create a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
Dental Assisting experience preferred
Maryland Dental Radiation Health and Safety Certification
Current CPR Certification
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral scanners is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn

Full-Time
Monday–Friday with occasional Tuesdays (as needed).

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
