We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is organized, confident, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.
What You'll Do
Assist the doctor during a variety of periodontal surgical procedures and dental implant treatments
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical setups
Take high-quality CBCT scans, digital X-rays, and clinical photographs
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
Keep operatories stocked, organized, and running efficiently
Work closely with our clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (periodontal or oral surgery experience preferred)
Experience taking CBCT scans and digital radiographs
Comfortable assisting with periodontal surgeries and implant procedures
Knowledge of sterilization and OSHA protocols
Excellent communication and chairside manner
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
EFDA certification is a plus (if applicable)
