Dental Assistant

Ever Care Dental NYC is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice that combines excellent clinical care with advanced digital technology. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in doing things well.

What You'll Do
Provide excellent chairside assistance for general, restorative, cosmetic, crown, veneer, and Invisalign procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and anticipate the doctor’s needs
Take digital X-rays, photographs, and intraoral scans
Assist with digital dentistry, including digital impressions and crown cases
Help maintain accurate digital records and coordinate cases with dental laboratories
Keep operatories clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patients
Manage and maintain dental supply inventory
Provide a warm, professional experience for every patient
Assist with phone calls and patient communication when needed
Work closely with the doctors and team to keep the office running efficiently
Cross-Training & Growth
At Ever Care Dental, we believe in developing our team and teaching new skills.

You will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in different areas of the practice, including:
Chairside assisting
Digital scanning
Invisalign workflows
Digital crown and CAD/CAM technology
Laboratory coordination
Inventory management
Patient communication and phone skills
You don't need to know everything when you start. We are willing to train the right person.

If you're comfortable with technology, learn quickly, and are curious about how things work, we will help you develop your skills and grow within the practice.

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred. Experience with digital scanning, Invisalign, CAD/CAM, or crown design is a plus, but not required.

Schedule
Monday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:15 AM–5:45 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
34 hours per week before any unpaid lunch breaks.
